Paths To Recovery Mental Health Counseling

Paths To Recovery Mental Health Counseling is a private group therapy practice with locations in Baldwinsville and Manlius, New York, but passionately serving all of New York and Vermont via telemedicine. The foundation of the practice was laid by Executive Director, Tracy Carmody, MS, LMHC, NCC, CASAC-MC in 2012, and formally became the group practice, Paths To Recovery Mental Health Counseling in 2020. The practice’s core was built around the value of client and clinician wellness being the forefront of success.

We pride ourselves on taking a diverse person-centric approach, working supportively and collaboratively alongside one another to maximize support for both clients and clinicians. While most of our clinicians have a background in treating addictive behavior, each clinician has an additional individualized specialty area of practice.

Treatment services are continuously evolving at Paths to Recovery to best meet the needs of our clients and the ever-changing world around us. Our services enrich the well-being of individuals, encompassing children (aged 3+) as well as adults across all life stages. We specialize in the treatment of addiction & co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar, depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, support of the LGBTQIA+ population, gender issues, major life transitions, grief, relationship stress, drug and alcohol use assessment services, and more. We offer play therapy at our Manlius office for children/adolescents, various support groups, and will soon be offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Paths To Recovery proudly supports a community over competition mindset. With a network of over 300 local private practice clinicians, if you are seeking a service that we do not offer, we’ll help you connect to one of our local colleagues that can!
