We promote Syracuse #lgbtq people, activities and businesses to create visibility and economic development.
OUT Syracuse, was founded by Michael Sgro in 2018, as a way to build more awareness of what was happening across our community. It is a business initiative of Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching.
We now focus on showcasing individuals and groups, training business leaders, inspiring entrepreneurship and developing skills for the entire Syracuse LGBTQ community.

PROFESSIONAL GROUP COACHING
Coach Sgro holds monthly training sessions online for any LGBTQ business owners and professionals. Topic discussions range from new business development, leadership, mentorship, creating partnerships and emotional intelligence. Membership fees apply.
VISIBILITY PROJECT
We promote and showcase LGBTQ people in Syracuse. Everyone can participate by sharing a 30-second video of themselves for our community gallery. For those that want connections, please share a social network link for others to reach you.
#GenZ LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
We have three different learning groups for GenZ and youth in the Syracuse community. Young professional, student leader and kids.
LGBTQ BUSINESS DIRECTORY
We support locally owned LGBTQ business owners and professionals by providing a comprehensive and searchable directory for the community. Annual fees apply.
OUT IDEA LAB
Coach Sgro holds quarterly meetings with working groups of business leaders who want to innovate and share ideas with each other to achieve excellence and equity. Looking for hosts.
