It’s with honor that we announce that Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching, with the permission and support of the Green Family, have established The Lateisha Green Scholarship that will fully fund a coaching contract for an LGBTQ professional in the Syracuse community. The coaching program includes assessments, one-on-one coaching hours and a professional performance plan. (value of over $3000.00)

The application process is ongoing and awardees are notified if they are selected. Upon completion of their leadership program they will visit with the Green family at their graduation lunch. The scholarship was named after Lateisha Green, who was a transgender woman murdered in 2008. She will never be forgotten.
